Set in the fantastical realm of Athia, the game follows Frey as she travels from modern New York to this mysterious, magical world. There’s also a photo of Frey seemingly using an ice surfboard to get off a waterfall, which isn’t a combination, but I just really liked it.Īfter multiple delays, Forspoken will launch on January 24, 2023. The gameplay itself showcases vast numbers of combos, from trapping enemies in a floating bubble that you can burst with piercing attacks, to using a water jet to blast into the air and snipers with fire attacks from above. Mastering over 100 different spells and skills from Frey will allow you to enjoy robust combat, thrilling and intuitive magic.
